Any service booked through us need to be informed in writing for cancellation 15 days or more from the date it has been booked with the customer. The booking must be cancelled and all costs charged in full in the original condition at the time of the booking receipt, invoice, etc. These are the paperwork that we require to attend to your request adequately and double check on everything.
Refund
Upon successful receipt of the cancellation mail by the company, Seven safar will immediately process the refund to your source account or selected mode of refund within 7 working days. We just want to make sure that you get your money back promptly if the refund rules are satisfied.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
In consideration of the fact that service providers, "NO REFUND" and "NO CANCELLATION" once payment is made. It's because we have to pay other people to keep your place.
Cancellation Policy
Bear in mind that an order can only be canceled within 24 hours after you have placed the order. The order will be not processed until 24 hours, we will not allow cancellation request after 24 hours. But all orders and services are refundable if they obey the rules. Or the customers can CANCEL their order, only if the services have not been booked. Once the services have been booked, the Customer may NOT cancel the orders. However, you can cancel all the orders and products if you cancel your order early enough.
Service Delivery Policies
Seven safar has access to the best suppliers for safari and hotel booking in nearly every corner of India. Your booking will be confirmed within 24hours. We offer 24 x 7 assistance, even on vacations. We may encounter times when we are powerless to effect your request and they are not a Seven safar Administrators fault, we will simply ask our customers for a bit of understanding and as always we will do our best to prevent those instances. In the event of a normal difficulty delay / overload in processing your request and the service is not available, Seven safar is entitled to terminate your order, in this case we will transfer the paid amount of the cancelled product to your source of money.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Our user-friendly site offers you the possibility to make an overseas advance payment by online transfer to our bank via net banking, Mastercard/Visa debit, or credit card. International users have the convenience of paying by currency notes, traveler cheques, or using Master/Visa/American Express Credit Cards. Please be aware that if you choose to pay by credit card, the bank charges will be added to the total amount, and they will be paid at the same time.
POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
If you are postponing your tour or cancelling your trip for reasons beyond your control you must notify us in writing. Please be aware that cancellation fees will be charged from the day we receive your written mail. The following cancellation policy will be in effect:
During busy periods like weekends and holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year) there are special rules for booking hotels that we will inform you about if necessary.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
Please be advised, that once you finalize on the cost of the tour, you will have to bear any increase in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel prices, guide charges etc. if levied by Govt. of India, as additional costs.
